My 93 YO MIL had a large leak in the basement. The Bone Dry crew , headed by Ruben, did a great job! The crew was efficient, courteous, and took every effort to make this time go smoothly for us. The work was completed and cleaned up and every step was explained. Ruben patiently answered all my questions so that i could explain everything to my elderly MIL. We are pleased with the work thus far. Just completed Tuesday but with all the rain moving in , we breathed a sigh of relief! Bone Dry water-proofed my basement years ago and I never had a problems. But I had a "handyman" install an egress window and well for me after that and it was nothing but problems!

Bone Dry did a great job on my crawlspace drainage system. They arrived on time and went over what would be done first to see if I had any questions. They offered to let me see the work in progress and when they were finished, they let me ask questions and addressed any concerns I had. The guys were all courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were also mindful of the back gate so the dog didn't get out. The office called several times before the work was done to advise about 811 (call before you dig) people coming to the house, and to confirm the appointment time. Brandon, the job foreman, called me afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Brian from Bone Dry came to my house to help me with solving a problem with water in my basement. He noticed my sump pump wasn't working right and that somehow it had come unplugged!
